Welcome to Queen Bee Boba Tea! We’re excited to serve you. The following Terms & Policies are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests. By visiting our shop, placing an order, or interacting with our business online or in person, you agree to comply with these terms.

Order & Payment Policy

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless payment methods. Accepted payment options may vary and are subject to change without notice.

Once an order is placed, it is considered final. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before confirming. Menu items, ingredients, and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Refunds, Returns & Order Corrections

Due to the nature of our drinks and baked goods, all sales are final once items have been prepared. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for completed orders.

If there is an error with your order (such as an incorrect drink or missing item), please notify a team member immediately so we can address the issue. For online or mobile orders, any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup and must include clear photo documentation of the product. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a remake or refund.

Freshness & Quality Commitment

Our teas are brewed fresh to order using high-quality loose-leaf tea blends. Our pastries are handmade in small batches to ensure optimal freshness, flavor, and quality. During peak hours or high-demand periods, additional preparation time may be required to maintain our standards.

Allergy Disclaimer

Customer safety is important to us. All drinks at Queen Bee Boba Tea are nut-free. Our non-dairy creamer contains palm kernel oil and 2% soy. Drinks are prepared separately from pastries to help minimize allergen contact.

Please note:

  • Macarons and cookies may contain tree nuts

  • Mochi donuts contain milk, eggs, and tree nuts

  • We do not use sesame in any of our products

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers are responsible for informing staff of any allergies prior to ordering. Queen Bee Boba Tea is not liable for allergic reactions.

Customer Conduct & Shop Etiquette

We strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone. Guests are expected to treat staff and fellow customers with kindness and respect. Any rude, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or removal from the premises.

Photography & Social Media

We love seeing our customers share their Queen Bee Boba moments! Tag us on Instagram @queenbeebobatea for a chance to be featured. By tagging us or sharing content taken in our store, you grant Queen Bee Boba Tea permission to repost your content for promotional purposes with proper credit.

Online Orders & Pickup

Online and mobile orders should be picked up within a reasonable timeframe to ensure quality and freshness. Any issues with online orders must be reported within 24 hours of pickup and include photo documentation. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a remake or refund.

Promotions, Discounts & Loyalty Programs

All promotions, discounts, and loyalty offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Abuse or misuse of promotions, promo codes, or rewards may result in order cancellation or restriction from future offers. At this time, Queen Bee Boba Tea does not offer gift cards.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Queen Bee Boba Tea collects minimal customer information, such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers, solely for order processing, customer communication, and occasional promotions when permission is provided.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. Customers may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Lost & Found

Items left behind in the shop will be held for seven (7) days. After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded or donated. Queen Bee Boba Tea is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Availability, Errors & Inaccuracies

We continuously update our menu, pricing, and services. Occasionally, errors may occur in product descriptions, pricing, or availability across our website, social media, or printed materials. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

Right to Refuse Service

Queen Bee Boba Tea reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these policies or engages in behavior that is unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful toward staff or other customers.

Policy Updates

These Terms & Policies may be updated at any time without notice. The most current version will always be available on our website or in-store.
